2012 Daily Fantasy Sports Year in Review (By Matt Trollo): It was a big year for Daily Fantasy Sports. New sites burst on the scene, prize pools exploded, and there were more championship events than ever, with some winners walking away with six figure paydays. New and exciting game variants, contests, and promotions were introduced as DFS has increased in popularity, gaining more national recognition in the media and occasionally even on TV.

Championship Round Fantasy Football TE Rankings (By Patrick Smith): Instead of individually breaking down the tight ends for both Championship Round games this Sunday, we’ll jump right into the tight end rankings. The options are limited this weekend, but two players stand out above the rest.

Championship Round Fantasy Football WR Rankings (By Patrick Smith): The WR championship round rankings don’t take player salaries into consideration and can change slightly depending on weather conditions. Wes Welker is the consensus top pick in my book, but you’ll have to pay top dollar for his services on most daily fantasy sports sites. Michael Crabtree is a close second based on his recent hot streak and the play of Colin Kaepernick.

2013 NFL Championship Round RB Rankings (By Patrick Smith): Frank Gore gets the nod as this week’s top back against a porous Falcons’ run defense. Ray Rice is close behind after his 30 carry performance in the divisional round. The two-headed Patriots running game barely beats out Atlanta’s running backs this weekend, thanks to a favorable match-up and home field advantage.

Championship Round Fantasy Football QB Rankings (By Patrick Smith): Tom Brady gets the nod as the top QB this weekend, but Colin Kaepernick is close behind (especially if he’s considerably cheaper on your favorite daily fantasy sports site). Matt Ryan draws the toughest defense in the championship round, but has the best trio of receiving options (White, Jones, and Gonzalez). I still have a hard time trusting Joe Flacco, but he should put up some points.

Fantasy NFL Divisional Round Contests (By reUP Sports): The regular season may be over and ESPN may not care anymore, but daily fantasy football is still going full steam with 4 Divisional Round playoff games this weekend. NFL Week 19 Fantasy Football TE Rankings (By Patrick Smith): With less than 24 hours until the 2013 Divisional Round of NFL Playoffs kick off its time to take a look at the top tight end options this weekend. Below the tight ends in play this weekend are ranked and placed into three tiers. The rankings do not take player salary or weather conditions into consideration.

Daily NBA Picks January 11 (By Gerald Bourguet): Since Kyle Lowry and Andrea Bargnani went down with injuries, the Toronto Raptors went to their bench. Because of guys like Amir Johnson, they haven’t look back. Johnson is a great under-the-radar option who is averaging 19 points, 10.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 2 blocks in his last two games.

NFL Week 19 Fantasy Football WR Rankings (By Patrick Smith): The top tier wide receivers in this weekend's divisional round of the 2013 NFL Playoffs typically average double digit targets and are the first or second option in their team’s passing game. Greg Jennings and Michael Crabtree barely sneak into the top tier this week based on their recent performance and Jennings’ improving health.

NFL Week 19 Fantasy Football RB Rankings (By Patrick Smith): The RB rankings do not take player salaries into consideration and could change based on weather conditions this weekend. I thought about knocking Foster down a spot or two, but gave him the benefit of the doubt based on his history and performance last week. Outside the Top 4 there are a lot of question marks at the running back position this week.

NFL Week 19 Fantasy Football QB Rankings (By Patrick Smith): The QB rankings do not take player salaries into consideration and could change depending on weather conditions this weekend. Tom Brady and Peyton Manning are the clear cut top QBs this weekend. The middle tier, consisting of the #3 through #6 QBs, is extremely close in my mind. Rodgers and Ryan are top tier quarterbacks, but have the toughest matchups.

2013 Divisional Round Fantasy Football Playoff Value Plays (By Patrick Smith):The Patriots and Broncos both start the week as 9 point favorites this weekend and are the favorites to put up the most fantasy football points this weekend. Both teams love to spread the ball around though, so keying on one player (outside of Manning and Brady) is difficult. We'll be breaking down every position this week to help you build your daily fantasy football rosters.

NFL Week 18 Fantasy Football WR Rankings (By Patrick Smith): I have a feeling wide receivers will decide a lot of daily fantasy sports contests this weekend if there is a lot of overlap with the top quarterbacks and running backs. Speaking of QBs and RBs, check out our QB rankings here and RB rankings here for this weekend’s wild-card playoff games. I’m ranking players early in the week, so make sure you track player and injury updates throughout the week.

NFL Week 18 Fantasy Football RB Rankings (By Patrick Smith): As temperatures drop and the stakes rise NFL teams look to impose their will on opposing defenses in the playoffs through their running game. We broke down and ranked the quarterbacks in this weekend’s wild card games, so let’s take a look at the running backs they’ll be handing the ball off to.

NFL Week 18 Fantasy Football QB Rankings (By Patrick Smith): This week's QB playoff rankings do not take the player’s salary into consideration and could change slightly depending on weather conditions this weekend. Aaron Rodgers is the clear cut top QB this week and Russell Wilson gets the nod at number 2 thanks to RGIII’s tough matchup and lingering injury.

Instead of selecting value plays for every daily fantasy sports site this week we'll break down and rank players at every position.
