Daily Fantasy Baseball Starting Pitching Analysis Thu 5/22 (by Matt Trollo) It’s almost like a day off on Thursday with just 4 night games (weather permitting) and 5 total. It’s the smallest schedule of the baseball season so far and just enough action to fill out a Daily Fantasy lineup without having too many similarities in lineups, although you should expect high ownership totals for top players. Also, a top pitching prospect makes their debut.

Daily Fantasy Baseball Starting Pitching Analysis Wed 5/22 (by Matt Trollo) With all the afternoon games today, starting at 12 ET, I made the assumption that it would be in the best interest to post a charts only report early with the possibility of adding pitcher notes for the late games a bit later, time permitting. This is the only way to ensure posting of the entire days scheduled pitchers prior to noon.

Daily Fantasy Baseball Starting Pitching Analysis Tue 5/21 (by Matt Trollo) You almost don’t know what to be afraid of anymore. If it’s not a lunatic (or several) with guns and bombs, it’s severe weather patterns that have done mass damage across the country in the last few years. It’s a very scary and sad time we live in and it seems like we’re sending prayers out to a city or state nearly every month now. This time it’s Oklahoma who suffered through the most destructive and violent tornado we’ve ever seen, destroying nearly everything in its path yesterday. The prayers of an entire country are with you.

Daily Fantasy Baseball Starting Pitching Analysis Mon 5/20 (by Matt Trollo) It would probably serve me better to know what time the first game goes well ahead of time. It is just now, after I’ve gathered all of Monday’s information and am ready to start on Pitcher Notes that I notice the first game goes at noon, just an hour and a half from now and this report is unlikely to be posted by that time.

Daily Fantasy Baseball Starting Pitching Analysis Sat 5/18 (by Matt Trollo) As per the status quo, weekend reports consist of charts without notes, but there will be an addition today. Last 30 Days sections have been added to the SwStr and ERA Estimator Chart. I’m hopeful this is more informative than confusing.

Daily Fantasy Baseball Starting Pitching Analysis Fri 5/17 (by Matt Trollo) Originally, for reasons that would no doubt bore you, I didn’t think I’d have time for notes today, but would you settle for limited pitcher notes while I continue arguing with the pharmacy? Today is Friday after all and that means tons of Daily Fantasy Baseball madness with lots of big prize pools and Qualifiers.

Daily Fantasy Baseball Starting Pitching Analysis Thu 5/16 (by Matt Trollo) It’s another short day on Thursday, which is normal, but the difference is that only a single game occurs during the afternoon, leaving us with a healthy 8 night contests for our Daily Fantasy Baseball pleasure. We’re getting started a little late today due to another appointment, but should be able to cover every game, although some of the names will make it easy today.

Daily Fantasy Baseball Starting Pitching Analysis Wed 5/15 (by Matt Trollo) Due to time constraints today, we’ll limit the notes to late game pitchers. There really is no point to these super early starts before 1pm.

Daily Fantasy Baseball Starting Pitching Analysis Tue 5/14 (by Matt Trollo) I just finished the entire write up and was ready to post when I realized I hadn’t changed yesterday’s intro. Since it is a full day and took me quite a while, there’s little reason to waste more time writing a new one, so here’s Tuesday’s pitching.

Daily Fantasy Baseball Starting Pitching Analysis Mon 5/13 (by Matt Trollo) After taking nearly the entire weekend off from baseball (you have to watch Matt Harvey), a necessary thing to do a couple of times during the season to avoid burnout when you follow and write about it every day like I do, the Monday Daily Fantasy Baseball Pitching Report is back with full pitcher notes.

Daily Fantasy Baseball Starting Pitching Analysis Sun 5/12 (by Matt Trollo) We should be back at full strength with notes tomorrow, but for now, here are Sunday’s pitching charts.

Daily Fantasy Baseball Starting Pitching Analysis Sat 5/11 (by Matt Trollo) Saturday’s pitching charts follow. Weather may be an issue again in some games, especially afternoon ones, Liriano and Johnson are making their first starts of the season and Burch Smith (San Diego), who makes his first ever Major League appearance, doesn’t appear in any of the charts.

Daily Fantasy Baseball Starting Pitching Analysis Thu 5/9 (by Matt Trollo) Apologies for the tardiness, but as mentioned earlier in the week, there may be some difficulties with the schedule due to a minor medical situation. Here are some pitching charts only as I had appointments this morning and more tomorrow morning, which probably means another charts only report while this hopefully gets sorted out.

Daily Fantasy Baseball Starting Pitching Analysis Wed 5/8 (by Matt Trollo) Ah, some extremely early games today just to make life a little bit more difficult (although if baseball is what makes your life difficult, you probably have a pretty great life). All pitchers are included in the chart, but due to time constraints, only late pitchers will appear in the notes.

Daily Fantasy Baseball Starting Pitching Analysis Tue 5/7 (by Matt Trollo) As mentioned in yesterday’s DFS News & Featured Contests, I’ll be dealing with limited posting time for the next 2 weeks and unfortunately, Tuesday and Friday, the biggest Daily Fantasy Baseball days are likely to be most affected. For today, that may just mean fewer and shorter notes.

Daily Fantasy Baseball Starting Pitching Analysis Mon 5/6 (by Matt Trollo) We have two makeup games today, which probably doesn’t matter to you, but they drove me a bit crazy for a while because they weren’t listed in the schedule on my pitching spreadsheet. So figuring that out took up 10 extra minutes and one of them, being played in the afternoon, isn’t even on most Daily Fantasy radars. It’s not like I’d have to tell you much about Sale and Shields anyway.

Daily Fantasy Baseball Starting Pitching Analysis Sun 5/5 (by Matt Trollo) We’re running a little late this morning, so without any blabbering, here are Sunday’s pitching charts. I’m not going to have enough time to get to hitting today.

Daily Fantasy Baseball Starting Pitching Analysis Sat 5/4 (by Matt Trollo) We’re using the charts only weekend format today. In another week or so, we may add L30 Days sections to some of the bonus material just because some people have complained that they aren’t confusing enough.

Daily Fantasy Baseball Starting Pitching Analysis Thu 5/2 (by Matt Trollo) With the short day on Thursday, I had time to make an addition last night. We’ll now be including StarStreet in our Daily Fantasy Baseball Price Chart and end of article suggestions. Not all sites are running early games with just 2 of them today, but with just 9 games, we should have time to get into most pitchers and we’ll add bonus material again.

Daily Fantasy Baseball Starting Pitching Analysis Wed 5/1 (by Matt Trollo) It seems I’d be better served by merely acting as an interpreter rather than an analyst some days, especially after yesterday pronouncing Roy Halladay fit and Yu Darvish as possibly having the best matchup of the season against the whiff happy White Sox. Neither of those prognostications worked out, nor was statement that yesterday was very deep in starting pitching after half the teams in the league scored at least 6 runs last night.
